Spring and summer have always been periods of abundance while fall and winter are generally regarded as seasons of lack. There’s a certain tightness that you may feel during this time particularly in winter. Many people experience depression during these months, but those of us who are more attuned to our spirituality may feel this depression more than others, unless they prepare for it and put forth some extra effort to maintain their awareness. As Eric explains, prana is less abundant during this time period. It’s still there or nothing could exist, but it’s more withdrawn. Animals hibernate, many trees shed their leaves, and there is less sunlight than there was in the spring and summer months. This period of lack is a struggle to maintain your spirituality. Thinking about the prana draws it to you, and as Eric reveals, your spirituality must be adapted in order for it to continue to thrive.
